Please fix these problems

I love this app, theres just a few things I think should be fixed. Like why do I get notifications for people that Im not even a fan of. I blocked Carter Reynolds and I still get notifications when he goes live every single day and I never fanned him ever, and theres a few other people that I get notifications from and I never fanned them either. Also sometimes when I watch someones live stream it pauses every two seconds and I could barely tell what the person is saying. But over all I love this app and its amazing when it does work right. Just please try to fix these issues and Ill give you 5 stars.
