Fix this stupid app ????

I have been trying to get a hold of Younow for OVER A YEAR i would like it if they would respond back to me but it looks like Im not going to be using the app I love giving the broadcasters gifts but Im not now. ???????????? I am banned cause it said Im under the age of 13 and no Im not under the age of 13 I have sent birth certificate and have not responded sent emails like crazy. Not Happy at all !!!!!
