Banned, yet dont know why, cannot submit request..?

Captured some moments, and suddenly am banned... Did not get a warning and cannot submit a request because the "verify" button is out of the window on IPad Pro... So I am in limbo ... Hope they fix this so I can submit my request to be unbanned. Perhaps youNow should have an introductory page to inform you of rules or how you cannot capture moments, or perhaps remove the feature to capture moments all together ...?
